TG4 Friday night Westerns

    Hi,

    Does anyone have an idea why the Friday night westerns on TG4 are split in two in the programming guide? For example tonight we have

    TG4
    21:05 - Guns of the Magnificent Seven
    21:26 - Guns of the Magnificent Seven

    This means have to set two timers (not a big issue) and having two separate entries in "My Programmes" (a bit annoying). This happens quite regular with the movies in this time slot.

    It is split in two by the Euromillions lottery draw, but that isn't shown in the UPC EPG, possibly because it only lasts one minute!!!. From the TG4 website ...

    It feels like they need to push the movie past the lottery draw time. Seems a bit dumb to me especially as its only 15 minutes.

    Agree 100%. I'm sure they could fiddle with the schedules to get rid of stupid things like that.
