Boxing

    Allrite Boxers,

I'm 29 and I'm currently a decent enough club runner.

I've done boxing and kickboxing training in the past.

I'm taking up boxing again, partly for something different and partly because there's something inside me pushing me towards this. (I read Mick Dowling took up boxing to improve his running originally). I plan to keep competing at running.

My goal is really to try a few club shows for the experience of being in a boxing ring.

    Anyone any advice on this?

Do I need my head examined?:D
