I thought this was a joke, but no aparently there is no a site where you can upload your unwanted Mp3's and resell them to to others.

    The site is: http://www.bopaboo.com

    Read more info here: http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-10120951-93.html?tag=mncol

Now I assume after you upload your song you probably have to tick a box confirming you have then deleted it off your computer, but seriously do they think everyone is going to be that honest? What stops someone spending all day downloading music illegally, then reselling it for half the price on this site. I'd say you could make a fortune! I'd do it myself but I wouldn't last long in jail....

What happens if you download a song from someone, assuming it was bought legally, but it turns out it was pirated. Are they going to chase you too?

It won't be long until the music industry set their bulldog lawyers on this, but the way the web is going, they can keep trying to fight, but they are fighting a loosing battle

Sounds odd alright, but they might have copped onto a legal loophole. I could just as easily say "if you sell your cd collection to a shop do you have to sign a form confirming you never made a copy, be it on cd or ripped to mp3"

Acutally I think on the small print on cds & dvds it says it is illegal to resell or rent them, not sure.
