I'm a big dude and I've got bad posture- it's hereditary. Bad feet, bad knees, hips (it's the bad genes, you see:D). It think it's partly responsible for sapping all my energy- at 26 I feel middle aged.

In real terms, are yoga/ pilates going to help someone with several problems??

There are too many variables to answer on line , but in short yoga and palates can help but you really need a resistance program designed to target your problem area’s (that is assuming that you are in the majority of people that’s posture can benefit from exercise)
