    Hi
We got free to air installed last yr by a registered company. Earlier this year they sent us notification that C4 is now available on free to air and for a €50.00 charge they would kindly set it up for us.
I tried to do it myself but failed, the station is there but it says it has poor or bad signal.
Has anyone any idea how to do this?

    Extortion if ever I heard!

Tony's very helpful info and video on this page may be all you need:

You may have been trying to tune in an encrypted version of C4, hence the no or bad signal...
