Question Wireless Router

    I am getting NTL broadband (crucify me now) and I am just getting a standard router with it, what i want to know is if i replace the standard, router with a wireless router (my own bought a while ago) will it still work and will i have wireless broadband or does it have to go through NTL?

    i know its a stupid question but i'm having one of them days

    I'd normally keep the modem they give you a (scientific atlantica) and then use the wireless router with that. If i'm right you need both the modem and router depending on your router model.
