what is a must have for motivation in the office for the new year?

    Been asked to think of things so just wondering what ideas people have and what works for others...

    we're doing posters and that but not sure whether they do it for me tbh....

    Motivation, improve productivity etc...

    I like the guillotine option:D. Also bonuses for completion of specific tasks and I would say something about job security of some sort would also go a long way

    Motivational posters only work for people completely lacking any sense of irony (Read: Yanks).

    Practical things like a good coffee machine, smoking shelter or a meal out every so often are much more likely to encourage the typical Irish worker.
