It's that time of year again when we all promise ourselves to do something different 'in the new year'.
Whether you're going to actually take up MMA 'this time' or go kickboxing or just get fit 'again'.

What are your goals for 09?

Was about to post until I saw that! :P

Once my shoulder is rehabbed I intend to get back into competition before 2009 is out, most likely Jitz competition to start and working back to MMA eventually.

I'm going to stop being lazy and get back into the Judo properly - do competitions and all that.

Going to study my Jitz & Judo techniques a lot.

Also looking to drop about 8kg.
