3 Questions. IE7 page checker / Secure Certs / Running from the Web

I have three questions if anyone can help.

    1. Does IE7 have a good add-on for checking for errors in a web page. I have some pages that work perfectly in Firefox and don't in IE7 but I get no errors whatsoever.

    2. I understand how to install a secure cert but which one to use? There are several different companies offering them and they all appear to do much the same thing. Am I missing something?

    3. We were given a disk which has a set of Word, Excel and html pages which autorun and allow you to go through a set of exercises. Anyone know a way of running this directly from the web?

    Thanks

#2 - makes bugger all difference really, just make sure the company is legit

#3 - auto run from the web - not sure what you mean here? open a website using a CD? auto launch a page on a website?

Choosing an SSL provider used to be a big deal .. it's not anymore unless you're doing something "special"

Well it's not something 'special' (what's special?)

It's a set of files that autorun through from a CD or a directory, they're word, excel and html. So is there a way to run these files directly from the web?

If you wanted to put a digital cert on say an exchange server that was going to be accessed by mobile devices :)

ie. not that common for a standard ecommerce site
