Does anybody have any tips on buying a basic camera in Dublin?? Just looking for something of good quality for nights out and holidays and stuff!!! looking to spend around 200 but they all look the same to me and theres such a big selection out there...... Thanks :D

Where abouts in dublin are you based? I know the people in Fuji Shankill do good deals on fuji cameras. Have a look at the Finepix Z20. Its a high quality camera, comes in 5 different colours, and sells for less than €170 (thats including a memory card and a case).
