What to Aim for??

Ive been lifting now for probably 9 months but never really set goals in stone for what Im aiming for (althought I do every so often I do and I find it good)

Ive never done my 1RM either and was going to do it over christmas, and then set a target for June to aim for.

Just looking to see what kind of numbers I should be aiming for on my 1RM and then what would be a good target to set for June.

    Current Stats.

    6'2
    92kg
Currently what Im repping 5x3 (these are more or less my limit as I go up as soon as i complete)

    Front Squat: 87.5kg
    Back Squat 97.5kg
    Deadlift 115kg
    Seat Shoulder Press 50kg

Just looking for some guidance as to what numbers are chaseable.

    Cheers

Just aim to add 20kg onto whatever lifts ya want to improve. When ya achieve that, add another 20kg.

I'm about your weight and my overall goal at the moment is a 130kg squat and 160kg deadlift.

    as in standing overhead press?

if so then i can only do these during the summer as my garage at home isnt high enough to do them indoor, and I dont care about how dedicated some people are i WILL NOT do outdoor weights in -1 degrees!:D

I always forget whether or not these figures are meant to include the 20kg olympic bar or not.

Example: a 100kg deadlift is 4x 20kg plates and the bar or 4x 25kg plates and the bar?

Dude ya always include the bar 'cause you're lifting it aren't ya!

Yes you have to include the bar! and those metal things that keep the weights in check! Every ounce counts!

If you didnt include the first 20kg then many people would start on negative values, it also skews any % increases.

OP- you could try chinups, pullups, & dips for reps. Or weighted ones for 1RMs, they are the only 1RMs I really try since they are safe to do on your own.
