    i removed the safety box..
    it said colladato on it...
as far my memory, this was common on this boiler
i was told to remove the safety
and then on it there is coin shaped i was told to rotate...
    on that it say SIME
    does it help?

If the boiler gauge is below 1 then you will have to top up the water by reaching underneath and turning a small tap making sure you turn it off at about 11/2, this is what the manual says=

    Insufficient water pressure
In case the index of the thermomanometer is below scale of the blue colour (2)the boiler is not functioning and the orange
bicolour detector is flashing. To restore
functioning act on the filling cock
taking the index of the manometer within

the scale of the blue colour.

Once filled close the filling tap.

If you need to reset the boiler then you have to twist the knob to the left of the red light if it's on, again this is what the manual says=

    Ignition failure/safety stat interception
If the burner fails to start the red led that signals blockage will light up. To
attempt starting it again, the rotary switch
must be turned to the position (flame ) and released soon after, returning to the

summer ( sun)or winter (snow flake )position.

If the failure should occur again, call
the authorised technical staff to check
    the boiler.

    good luck, Gary
