Job seeker with MBA posts resume in taxi back seat

NEW YORK – Are you talkin' to me — about a job?
A recent MBA graduate who can't find work in his chosen field has resorted to posting his resume inside the taxi he's been driving around New York City.
James Williamson earned his master's degree in business administration at Philadelphia's La Salle University. Then he spent four months on interviews while looking for work troubleshooting electronics, doing technical sales or writing advertising copy.
When none of that panned out, he got his taxi license a month ago to help pay his bills.
The native of Durham, N.C., says he posted his resume in the back seat of his taxi as a last resort, hoping one of his customers might become his employer.
He says he's received a couple of business cards and supportive comments — but no job offers.

The last taxi I got, I had quite a conversation with the young guy doing the driving. Its entirely possible he was well educated :D

I don't get it, are you mocking him or something? What he's doing is hardly something to be ashamed of.

In a shocking twist of fate, one graduate of an MBA in Business & Bullshit cannot get the perfect job immediately, and has even resorted to trying desperate measures.
This may well be the first and only case of its kind ever in history. According to experts who each have an MBA in Business & Bullshit and write for our newspaper, this is a clear indication of tough times in the job market and/or the second coming of Christ.
Other experts who have degrees in psychology and sociology point out that this may not be a unique event. They point out that one man is not a clear indication of the state of a city, country, or world. They also suggest that personal qualities such as being lazy, obnoxious, inept may also play key roles in whether an individual gets a job.
Historians also point out that there has been some evidence of this occurring once or twice before. They located ancient employee files of McDonalds that suggest that this may have occurred previously. Their findings are still being contested.

No I'm not mocking him, I think he's got the right idea. Just wondering if people here will start coming up with similar type schemes in order to get employment.

You're right. Would be much better for him to sit their and bitch silently to himself about things?

Guy can't get job, gets other job and still tries to get first job? That does actually sound like a pretty rare deal to me as opposed to guy gets job, sits around bitching and moaning till his heart stops.
