I use Spamfighter to get rid of all those emails offering viagra and penis extensions etc and it works fine. Recently I've noticed a heap of 'spam' emails where my email address appears as the sender. I'm afraid to blacklist them as it might affect my actual emails. Anyone else have this problem ?

Someone has just hjacked your email address. Change your password and they should stop. There not actually sending from your inbox, They're just running a script that makes it look like they are.
