Curious to know what are the most dramatic effects anyone has observed? My own groups opened up to 4inch at 100m.

    What calibre?

I'd say there is more than copper at play there?

6.5x55, cleaned it til patches clean. First ten rounds after clean weren't grouping well then started grouping well again.

I find a clean barrel takes time to 'shoot in' again after cleaning

How many rounds have gone through the barrel, how often do you clean it?

A few boxes maybe 50-60 rounds since the last clean, wouldn't be shot out probably only about 250 rounds altogether. I'd normally clean it after 20 rounds, I was always aware that after a clean you'd need a few shots to get back to tight groups.

What do you use to clean it ? i.e.which solvents, patches, brushes etc.

are the rounds being fed clean into the breach?

I had a problem in the past the round was scraping the breach as it was sliding in.
