have u tried elizabeth arden 8 hour cream? i swear by it and if u mix in a little sudocrem it works even better! failing that some vaseline would do just as well!

Hmmm, what sort of skin do you have?

I have generally okay skin all year round, but in winter my chin and just above my lip go all dry and flaky - naturally not good. To stop the flakiness, I exfoliate with an intensive exfoliator once a week and every second day with a less intensive one. I also do a mud mask twice a week. I use the Yes To Carrots day moisturiser too which is really good. Often, when the dryness gets really bad, on just my chin/lip, I use Silcocks Base or Elave cream, which are really good for the dryness. It's a constant battle against the wind, so you just have to go through the whole skin rigmarole all the time :(

If your skin is still red, I believe a yellow based concealor will sort that for you (although, it will only highlight flakiness if youre not careful :()

Or a green based concealer, sounds stupid but it neutralises it, and doesn't come out green.
