    Hi,

Does anyone on here use Kre Alkalyn and if so can they give me some feedback on it?

I was thinking of using CEE but I was pointed towards Kre Alkalyn by someone at the gym I go to.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I was thinking of using CEE

Don't bother. Apparently (because I have not first hand researched this myself but have been reliably informed) that CEE is not more effective than standard creatine monohydrate.

Do you know anything about Kre - the small amounts required plus the buffered nature of it appeals to me.

I'm not really interested in any perceived gains advantage over Creatine Mono but the advertised dosage gains do appeal to me more.

Unfortunately it is really hard to find good unbiased guidance on these items. Most websites are linked in with some producer or other vested interest.

    Thanks.

Ive used Purple-k before its a kre akalyne product doesnt retain water like other creatines but i didnt find it any different really.

I just use BSN's Cellmass now on and off and don't find much of a difference between them give it a try and see what you think of it is what i' say.
