    Hi,

    Im sure this queston has being asked before, but here it goes, do sky still insist on connecting sky/sky+ boxes to a the landline??

    If you want multiroom viewing, yes (or you can pay the full subscription for each additional decoder and card).

    It seems they dropped the requirement for a single box some months back. There's a once-off extra fee of €37.50 for this, however.

    buy a wireless phone extender if you have a problem with connecting it up.

    Thanks, just off the phone with them and as above if ur taking only one box and pay 37.50 no phone line is needed...
