Profession with largest amount of arseholes?

So what profession, in you experience, contains the most amount of arseholes?

Personally, most doctors and lawyers I come across are arseholes. There are some nice ones of course, but generally they give the impression that you should be worshipping the ground they walk on.

Other than that I’d have to say sales, not the average salesman in Dixons or what not, but relatively successful sales people, who are generally successful because they are so smug and full of ****.

I would have to say bus-drivers (dublin-bus), speaking completely from personal experience.

I guarantee that when you've finished studying and get a job in the profession, you will see arseholes so big that you'll think that you are standing in The Grand Canyon in the dark.

It's funny, the second i saw the thread title i thought "accountants", i have never heard so much **** about how much money they "will be earning in about 10 years time".

Especially when at the time they are normally being out-earned by people in Burger King.

seriously, get out now while you can. none of mates that do it like it. get out now before its too late. if you think your clas sis bad, wait till you start working, and going out for pints after work is the most irratating thing you'll ever do, you'd swear they saved a company millions with some innovative thinking, but all they did was do what their boss told them to do.

surely this profession has super-fandangled their name over the last 10 years to something like 'colonic rejuvination specialist', the employee profile has probably changed from 'Nurse Maloney' to some tasty young one all dressed in black reassuringly(?) stuffing hose up peoples backsides and filling them up with cold tea and tincture of ammonuniaoes oil!

Nail on head. I'm mates with a few accountants and from going on nights out with some of their colleagues they are COMPLETE tossers. See themselves totally above everyone else. Condescending arseholes, particularly ones who are in the "Big 4". They leave college and continue their college way of life as it's almost encouraged by the company. It's like a fraternity where they see themselves as untouchable. They continually boast about their salaries and how much they'll be earning and tend to look down on anyone who is unfortunate enough not to be an accountant. Of course there are some sound ones but there are a shocking disproportionate amount of absolute tools in that industry.

A couple of mates from school went on to become accountants. One of them has his head stuck so far up his own arse I don't talk to him anymore. He was always a bit like that but the accountancy thing took it to new levels. Comes out with all the usual shít about how much he'll earn/is earning now. Like anybody cares.

The other is grand. Comes out with the odd comment here and there but nothing major. I guess it depends on the type of person, but accountancy definitely brings out the arsehole in people.

I'm currently trying to get into IT. Hopefully I'll be a major arsehole some day.
