Because its not very good frankly... Behringer kit is mostly cheap knock offs of other manufacturers gear - USB drivers and sound quality are rarely consistent. Here it is a little cheaper anyways

It'll probably be alright IF you don't have to re-install drivers everytime you want to use it just to force your computer to recognise the box...I haven't experience with this particular model. But for not much more money you've got
