Euro Ruling Needed!

Right, I need a ruling on just how euro my new shoes make me (thanks Tunney!)... now, they are White and Sidi, so there's a load of points there, but I'm also fat and unfit (maybe a fred!). Also, they are the ones with the green heel, which is the Leakygas team shoe, so does that lower my points.... (though they do now have Basso on their books, making it a dopers shoe)

Help, I want to be sure I can actually wear these!

are they really team kit for gas? don't think so... if they are, well, automatic fail. if thry're not, well you may be ok. but only from the ankles down (presuming proper sock choice here). the issue is moot though for so so so many other reasons.

Wasn't sure last night but am now sure that the similarity in colour scheme is coincidental. Definitely euro - the shoes anyways

This is a difficult situation. The wearing of these shoes can put you on either side of the fence depending on what else you are wearing.

@Tiny: Not being Euro myself (but trying nonetheless), I would think that those of us that have to ask "are we Euro", are in all liklihood not Euro. Actually if you have to ask, you are probably beyond fred, in that you are the anti-Euro.
Instead of 666 on the back of your head, you will probably have a permanent oily chain mark on your inner leg.

I couldnt bring myself to buy black overshoes, I hate black shoes/boots. Unless they are italian leather and I'm chatting up ladies with sleazy one-liners and my hair is slicked back, very euro!

Ok, I'm going to try a breakdown here and give you a euro rating:

+10: They are white SIDIs, over 90% white infact.
+1: You thought about style first.

The list of negatives kind of ballooned on me, I've trimmed it down to a few key ones:

-4: The fatness. That can be helped with winter training.
-6: You came onto boards in an attempt to validate your euroness. Being euro means you shouldn't need to ask if you are.

Overall score: +1... you just about edge into the euro. White overshoes could bump this up a bit more.

EDIT: Omg, they are liquigas!

All we need to seal our Euro-ness is some photos of this effect:

Euro rules don't specify he has to be UCI Road Race world champion... any UCI world champ would definitely fit the criteria, and at a stretch if he was a world champion at anything world champ colours are justified...

The rule also states...

Shoes which are custom-made for specific riders by companies endorsed by this group. These shoes will be accessible to the particular cyclist only, and shall follow the preceding rules.

Were those shoes made for Bettini?
