I'm guessing it'll be something shíte as with pretty much every year. It should be this though:

It was in two die hard films, that just shows how awesome it is.

    If it's in the charts, it's ****e.

This isn't in the charts and it's brilliant, coincidence? I think not!

Woah, woah, woah. Let me just clarify that song is as crap as my toilet after a laxative filled curry but you can't compare it to that crazy frog crap. Crazy frog is on a whole different level of rubbishness and makes this song seem like lyrical perfection and one of the most precious creations mankind has brought to the world. Anyone who actually enjoyed or could tolerate listening to crazy frog should be put down in a desperate bid to save humanity from itself.

Like I said, lowest common denominator. The more popular it is, the crappier.

For proof, check out the most viewed video of all time on youtube, it's Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend. Biggest piece of **** song ever = most viewed. Proving beyond any doubt that the more popular a song is directly relates to how **** it is.

Lets take the reverse of that, here's a song with 136,936 views (As of posting) Esbjörn Svensson Trio - Behind The Yashmak:

    It's brilliant.

Crazy Frog isn't music. It isn't a tune. It is a musical tone, designed to keep people away from discos. One DJ tried to play it at an underage disco I was at, and was surprised when everyone was sitting on the floor.

In fairness, most of those views are from Tar loading the video to abuse himself to

Hey, nothing gay about appreciating a great talent.

Though if you want something a bit more hot blooded, try this instead:

"We're sorry, Video is no longer available" thingy.

Anyway, bloody annoying, itunes don't have that particular tune for sale, emusic doesn't have anything on them and even the mp3's of it available from the newsgroups are all incomplete and won't download

I'll have a better search around for it tomorrow. Flippin' Johnny Cash again on the bus so :(

AWW I feel really Christmassy now, watching that! :)
I have Sinatra's version on my Zen, but Dean's is better.

Yup, they've pretty much bought the Xmas no.1 spot forever. :(
Hopefully Alexandra Burke will win it, the other three acts in the semis are crap. REALLY crap.
And the winner releases "Hallelujah" - I shudder just thinking about horrendous crime against music that will occur if anyone other than Alex records it. :(

    Video quoted twice. For awesomeness

If that talentless bint Diana off x-factor murdering Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah gets to #1 in Ireland then I've officially lost faith in this country.

Xfactor wants to get the number one spot with some rubbish but Peter Kay is bringing out something (again) in opposition to that garbage.

Simon Cowell apparently is not amused again that he might be robbed of the top spot once more.
    Go Peter Kay! lol

Boyzone are releasing a cover of Tom Baxters Better on Friday. They ruined a great song, please don't make them number one.

    40 million, you say?
How much does that equate to in virtual money?

A catchy beat does not a good song make.

Sorry, just 'cause a song's popular it doesn't mean it's 'good', in the artistic sense of the word. Some people will just play it for novelty value or whatever. I mean Mr.Blobby's song was number 1 at one stage. 'Nuff said.

As for Jason Mraz- not really my cup of tea. Reminds me of Jack Johnson. Don't really see it as a 'Christmassy' song though.

I have had two bets on this, first is Take That and second bet was Peter Kay and Gary Barlow

Also backed the same two acts w/out the X Factor winner.
