Hey lads i have the above, so far i put in a guarder silicone hop up and im pretty sure it comes standard with a tightbore barrell...

It works like a dream for now and i dont intend changing much..but im currently in the process of saving for another AEG...when i get a new one, i want to know what parts can i add to my 416...i know there isnt probably anything i can do to change its accuracy and obviously dont need to change its FPS as its perfect...but im sure there are better parts i can put in...

    any tips, all are welcome

There's not much they need really. I'd probably swap the existing barrel, tightbore or not, for a Prometheus 6.03 tightbore (I have a thing about stock barrels, I don't trust them. But that's just me). The easiest thing you could do that would give a noticeable difference would be changing the motor for a high speed like the G&P M120 or Systema Turbo, it should give you a good rate of fire boost.

Nice i will swap the barrell regardless since it should improve accuracy...as for the motor, i am not too keen on raisong my rate of fire as i have a tendency to eat BBs as it is...but thanks for the tip! do you think putting in some of the Marui gears etc from Eirsoft would be worth it? or the modular gear set?

Is it the latest metal body version with the '08 gearbox? or the plastic one? As Dex said, get a Prommy or Madbull or PDI 6.05 tightbore, and Guarder rubber + nub. Motor wise go for a G&P M120 or a Guarder High Speed - Do *not* get a Turbo, they're far too unreliable and will die on you reletively quickly, they've got a lot of problems. The Guarder high speed is very similar speed wise and costs 1/2 the price and is more reliable :), G&P M120 is a great motor if your not wanting to spend much.

I meant to mention about changing the pinion gear on the Systema Turbo if you're going that route. Forgot about the Guarded high speed though. You could also install one of the Extreme Fire computer mosfets to give you three round burst ability if you're eating ammo already.
The gears in the JG are fine as they are, no real need to change them as they're plenty strong.

No it has a plastic reciever..waht is the guarder rubber+nub lol? still not too keen on buying a high speed motor, something im really interested in is rewiring the battery from the stock to the fromt of the AEG? how can this be done, and does someone provide that service?

    www.extreme-fire.com

You basicaly can just order it from there and I'm guessing Richie @ Eirsoft would install it for you :), I'm sure he can sort you out with rewiring too :P. the Guarder rubber +nub is basically the bit that puts the hop spin on the BB, so changing both the rubber and the nub should give you a bit better range and accuracy.

Did i not already stick a gaurder hopup in your gun G3-nut?
thought it did that a few weeks ago.,

As the others sai,d a decent barrel, hopup, and a better motor will give you a gun with respectable performance. I wouldnt be so tough in the systema turbo motors myself, I have 2 of them myself and havent had any problems. although i will say you should pick the G&P M120 simply because its so much cheaper and performs just as well as the systema. i have 2 of them too and i dont think i'll be buying anymore systema motors.,

oh, and yeah, systema motor gears are made from cheese.,:)
