backup problem

hi folks input required please, my mothers is having a lil prob with her sky, she would be viewing then a message pops up,'' press backup to continue viewing'' if she dosent press back up the system goes into standby,its a pain for her if she is in the bedroom as the box is in different part of the house any ideas how to…

The same thing applies to newer (regular) Sky boxes as well.

Services > 5 > "Enable Auto Standby" set to OFF > "Save New Settings"
