Going snowboarding in January and looking to get a jacket. Not to sure what to get, would I be better going for a light jacket (shell) and layer it up or a heavy well insulated one. I wear a heavy jacket and one under-wicking layer. If I get too warm I can just unzip the jacket and let some breeze in. Most have under-arm vents too. If I have too many layers on - it's a hassle taking some off, and then you're stuck with where to put it!

Jacket looks fine, you would need a fleece or something under it though
