XPS 730 H2C - Upgrades

How easy are the drives and GPU's in the XPS 730 to upgrade. Are they standard models or have Dell modified them significantly that you would only be able to purchase upgrades from Dell? The one I'm looking at has ATI 3870x2 which I'm looking to upgrade to the 4870 and I'm also thinking about putting in a BlueRay drive…

The one I'm looking at has ATI 3870x2 which I'm looking to upgrade to the 4870 and I'm also thinking about putting in a BlueRay drive instead of the DVD Drive.
