What do you think..is it a brain chemistry thing....by-jeesas I'd say it is..? Jeesas me head is killing me:p

I think you become more aware of yourself and it becomes more obvious. Or maybe it's your body tryin to stop you from doin somethin it knows you shouldn't be doin, such as thinking

Herodotus, the Greek historian, reported that the ancient Persians always made important decisions twice—first when they were drunk, and then again when they were sober. Only if the Persians reached the same decision, drunk and sober, would they act on that decision.

My God - that the most brilliant thing I have ever heard ever!

Those Persians were clever f**kers, don't know what the Spartans had against them.

Ha, I've tried that a few times except the drunken me decided not to wait for sober me. Mostly been bad decisions.

Nope, altering your brain chem can make you look at things different and certainly alter how the brain works.
there is that space between being sober and being drink which is the golden hour where rethrictic and ideas flow and it seems you could figure out most of the worlds problems, nice place to visit from time to time with people who really know how to have a good and wide ranging discussion.

There's an old saying that goes ' it's easy to be wise .Just think of something stupid to say - and then dont say it '. Thing is drink has a habit of loosining the tongue .

I love this. We call it 'Superman Drunk' - you have complete control over everything you say and how you move, you're smooth and funny, you're witty and intelligent, you come up with the most ingenious ideas and most effortless solutions to the toughest of problems.

Maintaining this state of mind has so far been proven impossible. Another drink and you're tipped over the edge into the drunken unknown and not having another drink drops you back into sober realms where you try to compensate and drink more, once again stumbling into the drunken unknown.

If anyone ever figures out how to harness the power of superman drunk/golden hour, do your fellow brothers a favour and divulge this information freely, the world would be a better place.
