Heathrow T5 to T1 in under an hour possible?

    I've done the terminal swap many times but heh this is cutting it fine.

    Flight arrives into T5 at 730 pm and I've to get over to T1 and the long tube walk to EI's last flight to Dublin at 845 pm

    Do-able?

    I've the option of using connections or taking the hex.

    Theres a hex at 7.45 and one at 7.57 which iirc takes 15 minutes to T1

    I'll have my boarding pass printed and will be hand luggage only so it's a case of bolting off the plane in T5 and making a run for it...

    opinions ? :)

    For added complications it will be Xmas week!

    Doable. I did it a few weeks ago (with luggage) within 30 minutes using the Heathrow Express - if all went to plan you should do it.

    I decided to change the flight into T5 rather than risk it as it's the last EI flight of the day.
    It is a miles redemption done under their 50% sale from last week so fully flexible.

    I must say BA's Manage your booking is a treat for this,it showed availability and I just had to pick the earlier flight and all done and dusted in about 60 seconds flat.
