    Hi all,

With regards to a minor RTA where there were no major injuries. My friends insurance didn't cover him as he was driving a new car, and his policy wasn't moved over from his old car

For how long after an accident took place can he be prosecuted for the incident? Is it 6 months? or is it a longer period?

I am just wondering if he can be still prosecuted for no insurance

    Thanks!
