Hi all, With regards to a minor RTA where there were no major injuries. My friends insurance didn't cover him as he was driving a new car, and his policy wasn't moved over from his old car For how long after an accident took place can he be prosecuted for the incident? Hi all,

For how long after an accident took place can he be prosecuted for the incident? Is it 6 months? or is it a longer period?

I am just wondering if he can be still prosecuted for no insurance
