    Is it just me or are blueface really heading down the sh1tter?

    It seems anymore, if you want anything from blueface that involves human interaction, you can be guaranteed they will screw it up, a few weeks after you requested it.

    So fcuking pissed off right now.

    Ordered an IVR line (1 geo number asking callers to select the call destination "Press 1 for..." ) about 3 weeks ago and after taking their time going about it, they finally set it up - on the wrong account.

    Next they were badgering me about the bill, to log into my account and pay it. I told them there was no invoice present there. I asked if they had the wrong account, they insisted they didn't. They did.

    Now, i emailed this morning (Friday) asking to direct the calls to particular mobiles on the IVR line and guess what, they fcuked that up too.

    I'm only back in the office to discover that the main office number coming in, which services 3 of my companies has not being working since 10.41am this morning. And there support is finished since 5pm. I suppose the world don't go round between 5pm Friday and 9am Monday??

    Why oh why is this so typically fcuking Irish.
