Hi, I'm doing some research, and wondered could anyone recommend a good text on human rights law? Preferably in an international or European context, I've looked at some Irish constitutional issues. Or if there are any journals anyone can recommend in particular.

Any help would be much appreciated:)

Feldman "Civil Liberties and Human Rights in England and Wales" is a reasonable book.
