    The Dell link doesn't work as it links to your "basket", you'll need to either post up the specs and model, or link to the page the laptop is on.

    Personally I avoid Intel Celeron Chips.

    Out of the two you have shown I'd go for the Tos but i don't know much about AMD processors.

    Try going into Dell under small business and have a look at the Vostro range? I have had good experiances with that Dell range. Good prices too. There is also a Dell thread for note books on the Bargain board somewhere.

    Depends on your budget but the Toshiba satellite pro i have now is not as good as the Dell latitude that i had. It seems very slow in comparison for the same specs.

    My budget (well it's a christmas present from my parents, so their budget) is about €450.
