So lets set the scene, its 1am and i cant sleep, stomachs rumbling and i have NO shopping done, i know for a fact all i have in my press is a tin of beans and a tin of mushy peas.

Dont really wanna spend tomorrow killing people with my farts so i opt for the mushy peas, hadnt eaten them since last christmas.

BUT MY OH MY THAT WAS THE SEXIEST MEAL EVER!!! (i know a bowl of mushy peas, not exactly creative]

So what foods had you forgotten were lovely , and rediscovered recently?

Penut butter and jam sandwiches with Brennans white bread, washed down with a nice double espresso.
Where have they been for the previous few years of my life?!

    Beans on Toast.

I rediscovered just how awesome this meal is during the summer when I was living alone. It works for Breakfast, Lunch, a small dinner, and a snack at any other time of day. It's simple to make, it's delish and your farts smell beautiful afterwards.

Ehh nothing sadly as I know what I like so I just eat it, which is pretty much everything apart from brussell sprouts, foul little things.

You know what the best thing ever is? Getting 4 kit kat chunkies, sticking them together, and pretending your a little midget eating a regular kit kat. :D I've not actually done that mind you, but Bill Bailey suggested it, so it's gotta be awesome.

I buy them from time to time in the hope they will return to their old form.
They used to have insane amounts of salt and vinegar flavour, bit bland now.

    :pac:

Curried Goat. No, wait...MilkyMints, the mints that make you go Moo (and I even got a 'Moo' sticker in the bag):)

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I second the mushy peas thing, I rediscovered them a little while back.

Also got a little thing going with baked potatoes recently. They're just fantastic. Stab a potato with a fork, stick it in the oven for an hour and you're left with a hot little parcel of awesome.

It's groundhog day with Pighead when it comes to pancakes.

Every single pancake day since 1992, Pighead has uttered the phrase "Forgot how absolutely delicious these thin, flat cakes prepared from a batter and cooked on a hot griddle or frying pan are. Definitely going to start eating these regularly from now on"

Never ever do though. And Pighead will utter the exact same phrase next year, and the following year and so on and on and on.

Really creamy mashed potato, 1 soft fried egg

Pile potatoes on plate, hide egg inside, shape with potatoes to completly cover. Then slice through and murder the egg.

    Brutal looking, but nyom nyom

    Johnny Onion Rings and Whispas

Or a bar of cadbury milk chocolate and a packet of king cheese and onion crisps. Eat some chocolate first, let it melt and swish it around your mouth. Then eat a small bunch of crisps. Oh yeah, taste bud orgasm time.

Nice cup of tea afterwards and a smoke.

I got some onion rings with a burger a while back. Had totally forgotten how yum they are.

I love going abroad and getting these drinks. I used to have to wait until I went to France for Dr Pepper but FINALLY they got it here.

Im going through Charles de Gaulle airport in April. Im going to search the terminal high and low for Cherry Coca Cola.

Dirt. I can't stand the smell.

Try some cold toast (one side) with a slice of cheddar and a bit of mustard.

must agree, cold toast is quite nice anyways. I learned that with my eldest constantly trying to feed me with her leftovers. LOL. :)

a packet of crisps called american crunchos
    They ****ing rocked.

In the days of 10p crisps, they cost 12p, but the extra 2p was well worth it for the hot dog flavour.

Try some nik naks. They are similar in their awesomeness.
