Could a heavier BB increase accuracy as much as a tight barrel would? Try that first!

(Some sites suggests a 20% accuracy improvement at ranges up to 100ft by switching from .20 to .25.)

The heavier the more accurate but less fps and add a tight barrel even more accuracy!

After some research, Ive decided that PDI 6.01 barrels aren't worth it. They increase FPS anyway and my AEG is firing close the limit.

So it's now between the Prometheus 6.03 and the Tanio Koba reverse rifled barrel. Which gives greater accuracy? Ive heard a lot of conflicting reports so I'm quite muddled.

These are my two choices, so which is best?( Range, groupings etc...)

I was also thinking of getting those rifled barrels a long time ago but read around in places and apparently they dont do jack **** to range, accuracy etc. They come from the idea of real tank barrels which gives tank shells better range accuracy etc but not in bbs. So Promethius is your best choice id say. Someone can correct me if im wrong about the rifled barrel!

Ive done more research. Tanio Koba barrels greatly increase groupings over other barrels from 10m onwards. The people think they don't work is because it doesn't work on AEGs firing above 1 joiule, perfect for us.

So I thinh I'm going for the Tanio Koba, thanks everyone for your input.

No - Not the PDI 6.01mm barrels - They're built for FPS increases. The 6.05's are built to the same spec as the 0.1 but are the "Accuracy" version - Best barrel I've used anyway.

TK's are a bit of a gimmick tbh. A Prommy/PDI/KM will give better accuracy.

I'll take scientific proof if you've got it.... I've got two, they don't. They preform just like regular .03 barrels.
