    done. Very short survey. Took about 20 seconds. :D

    But getting the right speed doesn't mean someone is getting a good quality of service. Unless it is speed you are interested in.

    E.G I've the 8mb package, but I can't watch youtube videos in the evening and skype is terrible at times.

    Mobile providers tend to force people through proxies, so they most likely were separate people.
