Dabs.ie -- "where's my monitor?" edition

    Quick recap:
    Ordered a monitor + RAM from Dabs.
    Monitor wasn't in-stock at time of delivery.

    On 13. Nov. '08, the est. stock availability was 20. Nov. '08.
    On 17. Nov. '08, apparently my order was shipped via DHL.
    On 20. Nov. '08, I only received... my RAM.

    Now UPS's tracking system has the ENTIRE delivery set as "Delivered", but I'm still missing my new monitor.

    Who do I contact? How?
