cms suggestion for list?

I need a little bit of advice,

I need to make a list of items, lets say 10.
The viewer can select any of those tasks, lets say they pick 2,7,9 & 10.
input their details and have it saved, and they get an email confirming their selection.

on the admin side, I would be able to see them, and what tasks they have chosen. But also if i was to select the task it would show everyone who has chosen that task and give me a figure for how many people had selected that task? Make sense?

Would anyone have any advice on how to approach this, is there a CMS which can handle it quite easily?

Is this something like what you want?

i would want a more hands off approach, something which would simply collect the data that people select, and allow me to view statistics about the data then, like how many have chosen selection one, selection 4 etc etc.
