    You should try applying a small electrical charge.
    Like a tazer or something.

    Serious answer : Get a packet of small safety pins and pin one inside the outfit that has the static problem. This should stop static buildup.

    I heard that if you rub the clothes with a metal hanger it's supposed to work too. I have had limited success with this procedure though!
