Holly Knight - u23 team for European XC

Anyone know anything about Holly Knight? She's from Devon and running in the NCAAs today. She's been selected for the Irish u23 team for the European cross country. Don't know whether she was born in Ireland or why she hasn't ran for us before so was wondering if anyone else can shed some light on the situation?

She came 11th. She spells her name Hollie (Examiner had it as Holly today) ad when I searched that I found so more results from her:

It says here her parents are Irish.
