Perfume Testers

Has anyone bought perfume testers from ebay? Theyre a lot cheaper than the normal stuff only dont have a box etc. I have heard theyre the same as normal as why would the manufacturers put crap stuff in a tester which is meant to make you buy the product? Makes sense, but Im looking for some reassurance!
