Hi I attended assesment centre for the last intake. I got my feedback and had done quite well apart from one area. My question is this while I was there a couple of candidates mentioned that they had some training before hand on a "pre assesment centre" course if you like, does anybody know of anyone who runs these courses, I have searched the web and have so far only found ones run in England.

Welcome to the boards. Just a wee request could you please not start random threads for questions that can be answered elsewhere. You will not endear yourself to anyone here by doing that.

Threads are structured for each phase of the recruitment process and this particular question should have been posted on the Assessment Centre thread.
As it is, I see you have already posted this same question twice.

There are also general threads for when we all fancy letting off a bit of steam and talking tripe as this process can be long and frustrating to say the least.

    Thanks

Lynx655, No need to apologise for your 3rd post on the boards. One day you too might be a moderator or super duper poster. Have sent you a PM with details that may be of interest to you.
    Regards.

these so called structured threads often degrade into innuendoes or outright talks about mghs boobs. i think starting a new thread is completly fine as it stops him/her (and us) trundling through multiple pages of irrelevant info. thanks lynx655

Ok maybe its because i don't use forums (well until this one) but i got the impression that if a thread etc wasn't 'right' a moderator would say so or shut it down. I'd say starting a thread for a really specific question is the easiest way to get results. I'm probably wrong so feel free to correct me :)

    Chelsea555 I PM'd you the info.

true.would you have reason to believe it doesnt? i think its always going to help, whether it helps enough to get you into the top 440 is a different matter. although also seems that many can do well without any help atall

oh yea - and if u dont get in merit pool first time round you get half price tuition the next yr...
