I know that one of the African shops in town recently moved. They used to be along the top of the docks, by the Victoria Hotel. They're now located on Prospect Hill.

    Hope that helps.

There's another fashion/hair/whatever shop in Dominic St near (next door to?) the lap-dancing club, which opened recently-ish. They do African hair-dos etc. Not sure if that's the one you're after, or indeed if the people who run it are Saffa's or some other sort of African. (Suspect the latter)
