Entitled to more than just injury/illness benefit?

I've been out of work for the past 7 weeks due to a serious operation. I am returning to work this week. I have been receiving illness/injury benefit of about 198 a week, but I was wondering, am I entitled to anything more? My employer does not pay for sick leave. I am 2 years in this full time job, paying PRSI etc. Had been paying it for 2-3 years in a pt job through college.

    Any info appreciated!

EDIT: I should add, the injury is a sports related one. Originally happened 24 months ago, recurred 6 months ago,so an op was necessary to correct the issue. If there is no additional relief available to me from the state, would there possibly be a case for an insurance claim, seeing as insurance (AFAIK) is looked after once membership has been paid up during the season??
