    Did anyone read the article by Hugo Arnold on venison? I thought it was good but I am not too sure about one comment he made regarding the hunting of deer so I'm wondering if anyone can clear this up for me.

    'Let's face it, dinner is not at its best having been chased half way round the country and then dragged home.'

    I think he's got his wires mixed up.

    Hi there i think your right the wires are diffo crossed, i find the meat easy to cook and as for the sausages mine are moist and flavoursom not dry. For my own preference i love the taste of wild to farmed. I think a little more understanding of the process and procedures would not go amiss.
