Check lyngsat.com for all listings. Basic scenario is...

    German - 19.2*E
    Spanish - 19.2*E/30*W
    Hungarian - 19.2*E
    Polish - 13*E
Russian - Not that many options. The main Russian Sat TV Providers are on Sats out of reach. Having said that, there are a handful of channels. Have a look through lyngsat.
    French - 19*E/5*W

If you want free channels buy a dish at Lidl on Monday http://www.lidl.ie/ie/home.nsf/pages/c.o.20081208.p.SilverCrestDigitalHomeSatelliteSystem , go early as they sell out fast. Read this Forum for installation and remember that you need a position looking at the sun at 11:00

    Bad value.

    Poor quality mount on dish.

Get a €64 system from B&Q and a bigger dish online or Maplin.

A few Russian/Ukrainian on 5E OK on 90cm dish in Limerick.

A motek motor is about 100 euro extra. Worth it if you want up to 20 satellites or a bigger arc than about 10 or 15 degrees (single dish with 4 LNBs and switch.)
