Just wondering how good this place is?

Heading up to dublin from galway this sunday for a couple of days & was thinking of calling here sunday morning. It opens at 11 so would probably be there for then. I know the shopping centre is open but are all the shops?

Dont want to waste time going there if its no good as will be going to dundrum etc. anyway.

TBH, it's not great. I've been there a couple of times now and I've always come back empty haneded. If it's on your way, I'd stop but I wouldn't go out of the way to get there.

Not great overall, but the Levis store is good for bargains. Find some nice trainers in the Nike store from time to time. Also Pink.

My wife likes the place more than me, so I think you really have to go out and look out for yourself.

I've found some good stuff in Ted Baker, but to be honest it's hit and miss.

    Big time hit and miss.

While I have always left empty handed, many friends and colleagues got great dresses from Monsoon and Karen Millen.

As said, wouldnt go out of my way to go there, but if you are near do drop in.

Reiss is great, Cath Kidston has just opened there too. Oh and the christmas shop is open. I suppose that it really only appeals to people who have ideas of what they're looking for anyway. The whole point behind Kildare Village is that it's a designer outlet store, so basically it's everything that hasn't sold or had too much stock of the previous season in their regular stores. There are some great finds if you're willing to root around.

Backseat modding is also frowned upon. A 2 week old thread doesn't count as an "old thread".
