not in a mad hurry but want a decent camera for a bufget of 100euro. dont want a plasticky frame model with a high pixel. just want a sturdy type of small camera.

I would recommend Canon Powershots - either the A470 or the A590 IS . Both did well in "Which" Best Buys - priced just over €100 on Pixmania inc delivery . Not sure of bricks and mortar prices on these. Your choices get much wider if you go into the 130 - 150 euro range.

Komplett are doing the Canon Powershot A470 for €85 now, great value.
