Kitchen Island Is too far down on one side,
It is not a problem but it is bothering me.

    It is a 5ft by 4ft,painted wood(doors are oak)
Has a sink and dish washer in it,(pipes easily got at,no back on press)
    Granite work top.
    Sitting on marble tiles.

Want to move it about 1 foot.
    Can it be done?

My island can be moved with its quartz top. I can lift the top off and bottom will move freely. Its the weight of top that keeps it in place...Get a couple of people around it to see if it can be lifted...
