Weight Loss with Long Term Injury?

    Hi,

I suffered a serious leg injury with serious complications about 2.5 years ago. I'm still unable to run for anymore then a few minutes and even then its at a snails pace. I train 5 days a week -

3 weight Sessions: Biceps / Triceps
    Chest
    Back / Shoulders
2 cardio sessions (barely break a sweat though due to leg): exercise Bike

I've bulked up but finding my waist line is expanding. How can I lose the belly without running / Hard hikes / contact sports?

I've tried kayaking but over the next few months that might be on hold due to weather conditions.

I'm 34, don't smoke, barely drink anymore and eat healthy. Weight is currently 13.5 stone but would liek to lose 7lbs.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Can you cycle?

    What about swimming?

What's your diet like? If you're putting on weight it's because you're taking in too many calories.

Swimming maybe? edit: Missed bob's post below.

I've found it very difficult to exercise with leg injuries before. It's amazing how much you use your legs (sounds stupid, but you really don't appreciate your legs until they're injured).

As a start I'd suggest maybe going a bit longer on the exercise bike if you're able to use it. Low intensity cardio for a decent period is good for burning calories. Walking's good too. I reckon examining your diet a bit is gonna yield the biggest reward though.
