    Hi,

    Can anyone write me a quick script to enter the following values?

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\General\Global]

    • SupplicantMode =dword:00000003
    • AuthMode =dword:00000002

    At the moment I have to manually enter them as string values in regedit.

    Eh,if you have entered them already, then you could just export the key that they are on into a .reg file, and use that.....

    Just copy and paste the following into notepad and save as xxx.reg (or whatever you want to call it)
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\General\Global]
    SupplicantMode=dword:00000003
    AuthMode=dword:00000002

    Then double click on the xxx.reg file and click on OK when it asks you if you want to add the information to the registry. Sorted.

    Didn't know you could export specific keys in the registry

    Yes. Essentially what you end up with as a .reg file just like the above. You can export as much or as little of any tree as you like, edit it to make any changes, and then just double-click on it to enter those values in the registry. That first line is obligatory though, it won't work without it.

    edit the .reg file you export in case it has too many other keys

    you can also use reg.exe to load individual entries
